Where we deliver

We deliver across the UK mainland. For anywhere else, ring 07845 779 200 before you order and we will tell you what is possible.

Parts, riding kit and helmets

Postage is £5.99, and free once your order is over £100. Orders are picked from the shop and normally go out within two working days.

New bikes and quads, boxed

£45 by courier, anywhere on the UK mainland. The bike arrives boxed and needs assembling and setting up before it is ridden. If you would rather it came built, see below.

Bikes built and set up

A bike we have built is collection only from the unit. We do not send a built bike by courier: it has to go on a pallet and be strapped down, and that is how things get damaged. Builds are usually ready within five working days and we message you as soon as yours is done, often sooner.

If you want a built bike delivered, ring us. We can sometimes run one out in the van ourselves, and we will tell you what that costs before you commit to anything.

Used bikes

Used bikes are viewing by appointment. We do not keep bikes at the shop, so ring first and we will have it ready for you.

Oils, brake fluid and aerosols

These are classed as dangerous goods and cannot go in the post. Collection from the unit only, or ring us and we will sort something out.

When it arrives

Please check the box before you sign for it. If something is damaged in transit, tell us within a couple of days on 07845 779 200 or aintreemx@icloud.com and we will put it right.
