Changing your mind

If you bought online or over the phone, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to get it back to us.

To cancel, email aintreemx@icloud.com or ring 07845 779 200 and tell us. Have your order number handy.

Sending it back

Returns go to: Aintree MX, Unit 3A, The Dairy Business Park, Long Lane, Aintree, Liverpool, L9 7AT.

You arrange and pay for the return, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, in which case we cover it. Please get proof of postage. Goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

Items need to come back in the condition they arrived in, unused, with tags and original packaging. We can reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value if something has been handled more than was needed to check it.

Bikes and quads

A bike that has been ridden is not unused, so please do not ride it if you are thinking of sending it back. Sitting on it, checking the fit and rolling it around is fine.

Bikes bought built are collection only from the unit, and cancelling one works the same way: bring it back, or arrange collection with us.

Helmets and protective kit

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot resell a helmet that has been worn, or protective kit with the seals or tags broken. Try them on carefully and keep the packaging until you are sure.

If something is faulty

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 sit on top of everything above. If something is faulty within 30 days of delivery you can ask for a refund. After that we will repair or replace it. Bring it in, or ring us and we will sort it out.

Refunds

Once the item is back with us and checked, we refund within 14 days to the payment method you used. We refund the standard delivery you paid. If you chose a faster or more expensive delivery, we refund the standard rate.

Anything we cannot take back

Special-order or made-to-order parts, and anything that has been fitted or used.
